1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Is It Due ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Is It Due is an asset lifecycle tracking tool that helps you estimate when household items, vehicles, and health screenings may need attention based on general reference data.

The Service is not professional advice of any kind — not medical, legal, financial, or engineering advice. Lifespan estimates are derived from published public sources (USPSTF, InterNACHI, Consumer Reports, and similar). Actual outcomes vary. The Service does not replace professional inspections, physician consultations, or any other expert assessment.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Accounts are for individual use only — one person per account. Providing false information when creating an account is grounds for termination. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Your Data

You own the data you enter into Is It Due. By using the Service, you grant Gold Bird Group a limited license to store and process your data solely to operate the Service on your behalf. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties beyond the processors necessary to run the Service (see Privacy Policy for details).

5. Payments

Paid subscription tiers (if applicable) are billed monthly or annually, auto-renew unless cancelled, and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account for material violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our data retention policy.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any lifespan estimates will be accurate for your specific items or circumstances.

Lifespan estimates shown in the Service are statistical averages from published sources. Your actual items may last longer or fail sooner based on usage, maintenance, environment, and manufacturer quality.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOLD BIRD GROUP'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE SUBSCRIPTION FEES YOU PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL GOLD BIRD GROUP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOST PROFITS, OR HARM ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON LIFESPAN ESTIMATES, WHETHER OR NOT WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Gold Bird Group is incorporated in Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
