Gold Bird Group — Last updated April 5, 2026
Is It Due's Health category is an organizational reminder tool. It shows you approximate intervals for common health screenings based on the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) published guidelines for average-risk adults. Its purpose is to help you remember when you might be due for a check-up — nothing more.
Is It Due is not a medical service, a clinical decision support tool, or a substitute for advice from a licensed healthcare provider. Gold Bird Group is a technology company. We are not doctors, nurses, or licensed medical professionals of any kind.
We do not know your medical history. We do not know your family history, risk factors, current medications, chronic conditions, or any other health information that a physician would use to determine appropriate screening schedules for you specifically. The intervals shown in Is It Due are generic population-level guidelines, not personalized medical recommendations.
Screening schedules are generic
The intervals shown are based on USPSTF guidelines for average-risk adults. High-risk individuals (family history of cancer, genetic markers, prior conditions) typically require more frequent or different screenings. Your doctor determines what is appropriate for you.
Your doctor's recommendation takes precedence
If your physician recommends a different screening interval than what Is It Due shows, follow your physician's guidance. Is It Due's schedule does not override any medical advice you have received.
Missed screenings are your responsibility
Is It Due does not guarantee that notifications will be delivered or seen. Missing a screening because Is It Due did not remind you, or because a reminder was missed or not yet implemented, is your responsibility. Do not rely solely on Is It Due to manage your health screening schedule.
No liability for health outcomes
Gold Bird Group accepts no liability whatsoever for missed screenings, delayed diagnoses, adverse health outcomes, or any medical consequences — direct or indirect — arising from your use of, or reliance on, any information displayed in Is It Due's Health category.
Use Is It Due's Health category as a rough personal reminder system, then confirm all screening timing and specifics with your physician. Schedule an annual physical with your primary care provider. Discuss your personal risk factors and appropriate screening schedule with your doctor.
If you have not had a primary care provider recently, contact your insurance company to find an in-network physician, or visit findahealthcenter.hrsa.gov to locate a community health center near you.
Screening intervals shown in Is It Due are derived from USPSTF Grade A and B recommendations, which represent the standard of preventive care for average-risk adults in the United States. These guidelines are updated periodically by the USPSTF. Is It Due's data may not reflect the most recent revisions. Always check current USPSTF guidelines at uspreventiveservicestaskforce.org.
